About the delivery to another adress, well it is sometimes an issue with some online shopping. With Bands of Love, I could pick my work postal adress as delivery adress and I have been personnaly contacted by your staff to confirm identity. I thought that was very professional, and reinforced my opinion about your service.
Regarding the time before despatch, it was spot on, no delay and the delivery before 1pm next day was bang on time.
When I received the ring, the quality, the finish (matt/brushed), the size were as great as the price, the best I found for equivalent product characteristics.
I really wish online shopping was that easy sometimes :-)

I was initially apprehensive about buying a ring online so I talked to Nicolas online and he answered all my questions. He was thorough, 'no hard sell' and said he was available if I had any more questions.
Well, the ring arrived - it was beautiful. The only problem was the sizing. So I got back online and talked to someone and they explained the process involved. I sent the ring back and got a confirmation email to say they received it. Then a few days later I was emailed to say that the ring was on its way - which it was and it was perfect.
