We send lower value rings under £100 via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (upgradeable to Special Delivery in-the-cart for £6.95).
We also ship to Other Countries for a fee (from £9.99) dependent on the order total; this is confirmed during checkout when shipping address is requested.

We are sure that you will be happy with your product from Bands of Love. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you may return it for a ring sizing-exchange^, item-exchange or refund (subject to limitations detailed below).*
To return your item please adhere to the following steps:

You must contact us (and preferably via email) to confirm the date and postage method used to return your item, stating your name, order reference and reasons for return.
Please provide clear instructions on how you wish for us to proceed, for example: Ring Sizing-Exchange to 'new size', Item-Exchange for 'new product code and size required' or Refund.

In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, this must be reported to us via email within one working day of receipt.
Items returned without adhering to this, will only be eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion.

Please ensure that items returned are kept in pristine condition, unused and unworn (except for minimal 'trying-on-for-testing' purposes).
For refunds, all accompanying order items provided must also be returned in pristine condition.

Please ensure that items are safely packaged in the same (or equivalent**) way, as originally dispatched by us.
Wedding rings should be carefully re-inserted into the small plastic bags (as originally dispatched), to avoid marks being picked-up during the return post journey.
** You do not need to return 'Presentation Box Upgrades' for sizing-exchange & item-exchange requests (to avoid higher postage costs/their unnecessary transit back & forth).

Items must be returned at your cost by post. We highly recommend you use a service, which will insure items for the full order amount. Additionally, the service must be able to deliver to a UK PO Box address. E.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery.

You must include a covering letter stating your name, order reference and reasons for return.

Upon satisfactory receipt of returned items:
i. Refunds will usually be confirmed and processed within three working days.
ii. Exchanges will typically re-dispatch according to standard dispatch estimates (if urgent, please request a quote for our fast-tracking service).

* For UK Orders returned items must be received by us within 30 days (dated from when we dispatched your order). For International Orders (i.e. with a Non-UK shipping address), a further 10 days will be allowed for items to arrive back to us.
Engraved, Customised or Bespoke Items ordered are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once we begin processing the order.
Refunds provided will exclude Bespoke 'Optional Extras' (e.g. Matt Finishing and Gift Wrapping), as well as International/Upgraded Shipping fees.
^ Where feasible, we are happy to provide a complementary Ring Sizing-Exchange service at no additional cost as a gesture of goodwill. Where this service has been provided (or for exchanges for the same product code) items will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Rings that have been Matt Finished or Engraved can usually be sized upon request (with the matt finish fee and/or engraving fee being rechargeable).
