We are sure that you will be happy with your product from Bands of Love. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you may return it for a refund or exchange.*
To return your item please adhere to the following steps:

You must email us to confirm the date and postage method used to return your item, stating your name, order reference and reasons for return.
Please provide clear instructions on how you wish for us to proceed, for example:
Ring Sizing to 'new size', Exchange for 'product code' or Refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items must be reported to us via email or phone within one working day of receipt.
Items returned without adhering to this step, will only be eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion.

Please ensure that items returned are kept in pristine condition, unused and unworn (except for minimal 'trying-on-for-testing' purposes).
Any accompanying order items provided must also be returned in pristine condition (for example, certificates, valuations,
jewellery boxes and velveteen pouches).

Please ensure that items are safely packaged in a padded envelope/parcel.

The item must be returned at your cost by post.
We recommend you use a service, which insures items for the full order amount and confirms it will deliver to a PO Box address. E.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Engraved, customised or custom-made items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Rings that have been Matt Finished, may be refunded (less the Matt Finish fee paid).
Most rings can be sized (or exchanged at our discretion) as part of our complementary Ring-Sizing service. Rings that have been sized (or exchanged for the same product code) are no longer eligible for a refund.
